JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
General office administrative / customer service in the form of making outbound recruitment calls on behalf of the recruitment center.
Other administrative duties include; Reception, telephone answering, post, deliveries, researching, answering emails, writing proposals, maintaining digital and electronic records of employees
Other recruitment-related duties as required
Calls that are made that result in a contract or sale, you will get 5% of what the company makes after overhead is taken out.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years of Administrative experience
Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with technology – computers, mobile devices
Proficient with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
Strong data entry skills
MUST have their own phone, computer/ tablet/ iPad, and internet service
MUST speak proper ENGLISH!!! You will be speaking to foreign countries and must be clear in communication when conducting business.
