Seeking a visionary and innovative Head Chef for our new restaurant. Selected candidates will recieve an interview; the interview will require the chef to prepare 2 meals of his/her choice in order to determine how well the chef understands and fits our restaurant's concept. Additonally, there will be questions that will ascertain what they could bring to the table if given free reign. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests. We have a sample menu that may be used or altered as necessary; it was created to preview the types of cuisine we are expecting to serve; menu attached. Pay is negotiable.
