Deliver quality customer service through call answering, and providing marketing and custmer service support.  this team member will be responsible for assisting with drafting digital marketing content and performing routine administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the main switchboard;answer, screen and appropriately route all incoming calls.
  • manage call flow to minimize waiting time
  • Assist call-in customers with price queries where necessary.
  • Support the maintenance of the Company's digital prescent on all relevant platforms
  • Place outbound calls as needed including tele-marketing
  • Assist with growing and improving social media prescence and engagement
  • Assist with general administrative and marketing duties.

Requirements

Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration

1 year experience in office administration

Excellent knowledge of social media engagement functions.
