The selected candidate will be under 3 Months of probationary period upon joining. After Successful completion of selected candidates probation then he or she will get appointed as permanent Account Executive. Candidates’ productivity and performance will determine the benefits will be given from company.

JOB DESCRIPTON AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Executive Tasks & Duties but not limited to:

Identify and develop new trading opportunities and potential partner relationships by cold-calling, working with provided data, data mining using the internet and social media (Eg: LinkedIn, Instagram) and networking in general whilst always documenting exchanges in provided customer relationship management software.

Perform sales forecasting, analyze market trends, and conduct market research.

Be highly responsive, accurate in delivery, and maintain a certain kind of chemistry with potential Partners while working to secure the best available pricing for benefited, legitimate products.

Invent and implement strategies to develop business development opportunities. These must be discussed with management prior to implementation.

Prepare and deliver quotations and purchase orders.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met timely

Share tips and tricks and other methods that will serve the entire team.

Perform sales forecasting, analyze market trends, and conduct market research.

Planning and executing market campaigns.

Be persistent in pursuing new opportunities and asking for referrals.

Work with our executive team to develop an effective strategy that reflects our company goals.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners to help keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Account Executive

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Mass Communications, or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or Graduation in Business Subjects would be desirable but not mandatory

An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Minimum one year’s experience in sales, preferably in the marketing field.

Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Organizational and time-management skills

Business knowledge

Enthusiastic and passionate

Bilingual or multilingual is a plus

BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or Graduation in Business Subjects but not mandatory

Remuneration Monthly:

350.00 USD Monthly + 25.00/ Bonus for completed transactions (on buy/sell transactions) 

After 3 Month probation period: increase in the bonus payable to 50.00/transaction

Other Requirements

You need to have good internet connection minimum 4-10 mbps.

Quite and privet workplace at your home

Noise cancelling headsets, Web Camera

Minimum core i5 laptop or desktop PC with good performance.

Mobile Device

Smartphone capable of placing and receiving voice and video calls, SMS messages with access to the App store
