DATA ENTRY CLARK RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

 

• Entering data into database softwear and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data taht has been inputted

 

 

 

 

 

• Uploading photo and giving brief description of items

 

 

 

 

 

• Creating  data backup as part of a contingency plan

 

 

 

 

 

• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information fo incomplete documents

 

 

 

 

 

• Verify data and correct data where necessary

 

 

 

 

 

• Update data and delete unnecessary files

 

 

 

 

 

• Maintain logbooks of record of activities and tasks 

 

 

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

 

 

• High school diploma

 

 

 

 

 

• Formal computer training an advantage

 

 

 

 

 

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS office

 

 

 

 

 

• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed

 

 

 

 

 

• Knowledge of correct spellings, grammar an pounctuation 

 

 

 

 

 

• Knowledage of clerical and administrative procedures

 

 

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

 

• Manipulate and enhance scanned or digital images to create desired effects, using computers and speciialized softwear

 

 

 

 

 

• Set up photographic exhibition for purpoes of displaying and selling their work

 

 

 

 

 

• Use traditional or igital camaras,along with a variety of epuipment such as tripods,filters and flash attachments

 

 

 

 

 

• Produce computer-readable,digital images from flim, using flatbed scanners and photofinishing laboratories

 

 

 

 

 

• Scan photograph into computers for editing , storage and electronic transmission

 

 

 

 

 

• Consult with clients or advertising staff,and study assignments to determine project goals,location,and equipment needs

 

 

 

 

 

• Create artificial light,using flashes and reflectors

 

 

 

 

 

• MUST be able to work twenty (20) days out of the month, transport is required(own)

 

 

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPREIENCE:

• Cumputer knoledge (IT)
