We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Clerk to join our team at Royaled Dynasty. As a Store Clerk, you will be at the forefront of our store operations, providing outstanding service to our valued customers while maintaining the efficiency and organization of our retail space.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and inventory restocking.
Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
Monitor and replenish stock levels, perform inventory checks, and assist in receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries.
Uphold company standards for excellent customer service, professionalism, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Willingness to learn about our products and assist customers with their inquiries.
